WHAT IS PATCH TESTING?
Patch testing is a method used to test new skin care products/ingredients to see how you react to it.
This method is especially recommended for those with sensitive skin. Natural ingredients can still cause sensitivity or allergic reactions.
Everyone's skin, body, and health are different. At any time, your skin may have a different reaction to various ingredients or products.
We are not responsible for any skin irritation or allergic reaction the may occur from using any of our products.
If you develop a reaction or sensitivity to any product at any time, you should stop using it immediately and consult your physician. Never use new products on broken or irritated skin. Discontinue usage if any product causes any of the following: redness, scaling, itching, burning, soreness, blisters, watery eyes, irritation or other similar reactions.
Before the selling of any products, extensive research is done on each ingredient. All products are homemade in a sanitary setting. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the products, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges. After your order has been processed, we cannot refund you. If you would like to cancel your order and be refunded before your order has been processed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the full name used in the order as well as the order number included in the email receipt.
Processing starts 12-48 hours after your order has been placed. Within this time period, you will receive an email receipt of your order. Processing may take up to 3 business days excluding holidays. Larger orders may take longer. Due to COVID-19, processing time may be longer.
- USPS First Class Mail: 2-3 business days delivery time; no tracking; no insurance
- USPS First Class Package: 2-3 day delivery time; with tracking; no insurance
- USPS Priority Mail: 1 business day; with tracking; insurance included (up to $100.00 domestic/up to $200.00 international)
- USPS Parcel Select Ground: 2-8 business days; with tracking; no insurance
We ship every Tuesday & Thursday. After which you should receive a second email with your tracking number. You should not expect your package to be shipped the same day if you place an order on these days.
If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be processed the next business day. Holidays may delay processing time. Due to COVID-19, shipping time may take longer.
You may email us at email@example.com if you have not received a tracking number after 8 business days. Please include the full name used in the order as well as the order number included in the email receipt.
- The package is in the seller's possession.
- The package has been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS.
- The package has been sorted by USPS and sent off without being scanned.
Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for how long it takes your order to be delivered after it has been shipped. Due to COVID-19, delivery time may take longer.
