Are your products handmade?

Yes, we handcraft our products in small batches.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan containing zero synthetic stabilizers.

Can I use your body oil on my face?

We wouldn't recommend it. The carrier oil used in our body oils is Avocado Oil, which is commonly too thick to be used on your face as a sealant. However, our facial oils are curated specifically for each skin type.

When do you restock products?

We do not have a specific day(s) when we restock products. We handcraft all products in small batches and restock them after a number of products have been sold out. The best way to know when we are planning on restocking or have restocked is by following us on Instagram @flourishingcosmetics or by signing up for our email newsletter. 

Do you still wholesale?

Yes, we've moved our wholesale items to a separate website: www.flourishingwholesale.com.

Will my products melt/freeze/expire?

If your product has been exposed to excessively high or low temperatures the consistency may be thinner or thicker; this does not impact the efficacy of the product. 

Our products contain zero synthetic stabilizers or preservatives. For the best quality product, it is recommended to use it within 8-24 months of opening as our products do not have a formal expiration date.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you place an order, you may not cancel it as all sales are final.

If you have made a mistake with your order (contact info, address, etc.), email us immediately at contact@flourishingcosmetics.com and we may be able to correct the mistake if your order has not already been processed.

If we detect our terms of service have been violated we will cancel your order at our discretion. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is after processing. Processing can take up to 5 business days after your order has been confirmed not including holidays. If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) it will begin processing the next business day.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If your package is damaged upon delivery we do not issue refunds. We package and ship all orders with safety and care. If you received a damaged package, you will need to file a damaged package claim with USPS.
