We ship domestic and worldwide. Shipping cost is automatically calculated by weight and location by USPS. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping is after processing. If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be processed the next business day. Processing can take up to 5 business days. Holidays delay processing time.
It takes 1-2 business days for us to ship your order after processing. You will receive a second email with your tracking number and shipping date.
You may email us at email@example.com if you have not received a tracking number after 8 business days. Please include the full name used in the order as well as the order number included in the email receipt.
When tracking shows "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" it can mean:
- The package is in the seller's possession.
- The package has been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS.
- The package has been sorted by USPS and was sent off without being scanned.
After you receive an email stating that your order has been shipped and it has been scanned and confirmed to be in the possession of USPS, we are no longer liable for the package.
Your order may arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for how long it takes your order to be delivered after it has been shipped.
